The game does not run due to dxgi.dll error.

This error occurs when you are using re-shade.
To play the game, you must delete the reshade program and its files.

This is because it contains functions that can be used to access the game files and be used for cheating.

Therefore, please check the following ways before playing the game.

1. Delete the re-shade (default installation path).
  C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ PUBG \ TslGeme \ Binaries \ win64 dxgi.dll

2. Reinstall the game.
 1) Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs -> Remove Battle Ground
 2) Remove drive C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Local \ TslGame folder on drive C
 3) Remove drive C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ -> PUBG folder
 4) Reinstall Battleground
