As a token of our appreciation, we are planning to give a small gift to those players who submitted feedback and reports effective Nov, 2022.

- A ticket containing meaningful information to help us to fix in-game bugs and resolve other issues
- A ticket containing feedback with details for the improvements of our game contents
- A ticket reporting illegal program trading sites to support a clean environment


- 500 G-Coin per account

- Reward will be provided to selected players within the month following the month you submitted your feedback.
(Example: If you submitted your feedback in October, you will be rewarded within November if you are selected.)


- A ticket must be created through our official support page
- If multiple tickets were selected, it's considered as one
- If provided account information is not correct, the reward won't be credited
- If account information was changed or banned, it will be excluded
