KRAFTON ID is an integrated account system for KRAFTON games and services. We have been receiving various types of inquiries since introducing KRAFTON ID and we are trying to help our users with FAQ and a tailored service based on previous inquiries. If you would like to check your email account info or link & unlink your ID, please refer to FAQ. When changing your nickname or unlinking your KRAFTON ID from STEAM account, please use the CHAT BOT to receive a quick and an accurate answer.

1. Checking the email account linked to KRAFTON ID

1. Changing nickname
- Go to PUBG Support > Open CHAT BOT (speech bubble next to "Contact Us")
a. Select category: KRAFTON ID
b. Enter the nickname you want
c. Enter your personal info (nickname, Steam ID, etc.)2. Unlinking KRAFTON ID from STEAM
- Go to PUBG Support > Open CHAT BOT (speech bubble next to "Contact Us")
a. Select category: KRAFTON ID
b. Consent - The unlinking service is provided only once per account
c. Provide accurate information on the email account currently linked to KRAFTON ID
. If you do not have correct information on your email account, refer to FAQ. Please note that we cannot unlink your account if email account info is not provided.
d. Enter your personal info (game nickname, Steam ID, etc.) -
Step1, As seen in the image below, click on the Steam icon and sign in using a Steam account.
Step2, After signing in with a KRAFTON ID, find Steam in Platforms and click on Unlink on the right.
(Note: After unlinking a Steam account, you cannot relink it nor link to another KRAFTON ID for a set period of time. This is only recommended when you are checking the info on the email linked to a KRAFTON ID.)
Step3, After unlinking the Steam account, sign out from the KRAFTON ID page and sign back in by following Step 1 to see the email info as indicated below.

It's great you've decided to link your KRAFTON ID. Please follow these steps to link your Steam ID to your KRAFTON ID:
- Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
- Log in using the KRAFTON account you want to link.
- On the "Linked Accounts" section, you will find "Steam" at the top.
- Click “Link Now”
5. You will be directed to the Steam website. Please double-check that the correct Steam account is indicated on the screen, then click “Sign in”.
If the Steam account indicated is incorrect, click on “Not you?” so you can sign in with the right account.6. Click “Allow” to let KRAFTON link to your Steam account.
7. You're done! You will be directed back to the KRAFTON ID page where you’ll see a confirmation indicating that your accounts are successfully linked.
Next, learn how to unink your KRAFTON ID from Steam. Please follow the steps below.
- Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
- Log in using the KRAFTON account in concern
- On the "Linked Accounts" section, you will find "Steam" at the top
- Click "Unlink"
- Read the terms & conditions.
- Confirm by clicking on "Unlink" again.
* How to delete KRAFTON ID, change email or password
If you can log into your KRAFTON ID, then you will be able to delete KRAFTON ID / change email or password through https://accounts.krafton.com
- Log into https://accounts.krafton.com > Select "Personal Info" (left side menu) > Click on "Change Email", "Change Password" or "Delete Account".

It's great you've decided to set up Mobile Steam Guard to keep your account secure. Please follow the steps below.
1. Install Steam applicaton from your app store.
: Download from App Store [Link]
: Dowload from Google Play Store [Link]2. Open application and log in using your Steam account
3. Select "Steam Guard" (top left corner), then click "Add Authenticator"
4. Enter SMS code that was sent to your phone
5. Write down the recovery code and store it in a safe place
When the mobile authenticator is successfully enabled, you'll be presented with a unique Steam Guard code that will periodically refresh. When you log in to Steam you'll be asked to enter the code.

In order to increase account security and use the Steam marketplace, please make sure to install Steam Guard.
You can install Steam Guard by checking the following process:1) Install Steam application for your mobile phone
[Apple Link] [Android link] [Windows Phone Links]2) When the application installation is completed, log into your Steam account
3) Select "Steam Guard" from the upper left side of the menu
4) Select the Add Authenticator button
5) Enter the phone number to receive the authentication key via text message
6) Enter the authentication key sent to the entered phone number
7) Check the recovery code and keep it in a safe place as the recovery code is essential when you lose your Steam account or lose your Mobile Authenticator.8) Once the set up is complete, every time you log into Steam you must input a random code that is displayed on the Steam application.

If you are missing textures or other content in game or experiencing crashing while playing a game, you can have Steam verify that the game's files are installed correctly on the computer.
- Restart your computer and launch Steam
- Next, you can either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game's Library page on the far right
- From the drop down menu, select Properties...
- Select the Local Files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button

Now players can contact PUBG Support using recently added Chatbot.
Chatbot was implemented to provide faster replies as well as a quicker resolution to the players.

Go to PUBG Support > Click the speech bubble next to 'Contact Us'.
[Chatbot scope]
Currently, chatbot provides responses for five categories: Ban, Feedback & Suggestions, Installation & Launching, Reports and Hijacking.
[Main Chatbot functions]
1. Delivers predefined menu, from which users are required to make selections.* Also, recognizes free-text messages, but the description should be brief and clear. For example, instead of using "I want to recover my hacked account", use “Hacked account."
2. Provides FAQ relevant to user's selection
3. If FAQ was not helpful gives a player more detailed response
4. Collects information (e.g. account info, issue details, etc.) and transfers it to an agent.

RESTART PC & ROUTER
REMOVE STEAM LAUNCH OPTIONS
When we were in early access, players recommended all types of Steam launch commands to improve performance. We recommend removing all of these to ensure they are not the cause of any issues.
1. Go to your Steam library
2. Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Properties
3. Click on the Set Launch Options
4. Remove all text from the input box and press OK
VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES
Files can become corrupt, accidentally deleted, or just magically disappear, this will check the files and replace them if necessary.
1. Go to your Steam library
2. Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Properties
3. Click on the Local Files tab and then Verify Integrity of Game Files
UPDATE WINDOWS
Windows updates include a whole host of backend services which PUBG requires to be in place for it to run correctly. Keeping your Windows up to date also keeps you protected from any security issues found in previous versions, so in general it’s just a good idea.
1. Press Windows Key+R
2. Type in ms-settings:windowsupdate for Windows 10 users or wuapp.exe for older Windows installs and press Enter or OK
3. Click on Check for updates
4. Allow updates to complete and restart your computer
UPDATE GRAPHICS DRIVERS
When graphics drivers become corrupt or outdated, they can cause all types of issues - make sure your drivers are on the latest version.
- NVIDIA: If installed GeForce Experience can be used to check and update the drivers automatically or you can visit http://www.geforce.com/drivers to do it manually.
- AMD: Go to the AMD website and autodetect or manually select your driver. https://support.amd.com/en-us/download
It is also worth noting that sometimes a complete uninstall and clean reinstall of your drivers can be beneficial to eliminating the drivers as being the cause of an issue. For this we recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller, head to their website for instructions and the application
COMPLETE A CLEAN INSTALLATION
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions aren’t set correctly, or certain aspects of the game aren’t installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.
- Uninstall PUBG
1. Go to your Steam library
2. Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
3. A window will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
- Remove associated files
1. Press Windows Key+R
2. Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
3. Delete the folder TslGame
4. Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
5. Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
6. In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
7. Restart Steam
- Reinstall PUBG
DISABLE ANY HARDWARE OVERCLOCKING
While overclocking hardware (CPU, RAM, GPU) can be beneficial for in-game performance, running hardware outside the manufacturer's recommended settings can cause multiple different issues such as memory or file corruption and for troubleshooting purposes should be removed (through the systems BIOS).
[Steam Client Troubleshooting]
DISABLE FULLSCREEN OPTIMIZATION:
1. Go to this directory: Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64
2. Select TslGame.exe and right click and select properties.
3. Click on Comparability Tab and click Disable Fullscreen Optimization
4. Apply and OK.

- Force close Steam by using Task Manager and relaunch
- Remove all Steam Launch options (if any) for PUBG
- Navigate to PUBG’s install directory:

- Right Click TsIGame.exe and select “Run as Administrator”
RESTART COMPUTER & ROUTER
SWITCH TO A WIRED CONNECTION
Wireless connections are more prone to environmental interference (potentially causing increased ping or packet loss) and can be more difficult to troubleshoot. We recommend switching to a wired connection to help mitigate these issues.
UPDATE WINDOWS
1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button in the lower-left corner. In the search box, type Update, and then, in the list of results, click either Windows Update or Check for updates
2. Click the Check for updates button and then wait while Windows looks for the latest updates for your computer

ENABLE PORT FORWARDING
Routers will sometimes block incoming traffic which is required for programs and games to work correctly.
With port forwarding, you can add exceptions for the specific ports which the game uses, this allows the game to send and receive data without interruption from your router.
FLUSH DNS
1. Press the Windows key and in the search bar type “CMD”
2. Right Click the Command prompt shortcut and select “Run As Administrator”
3. In Command Prompt, Type ipconfig /release
4. Press [Enter]
5. Type ipconfig /renew
6. Press [Enter]
7. Type ipconfig /flushdns
8. Press Enter
9. Relaunch the game and test your connection
ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
1. Check your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) service status to see if they’re experiencing any temporary outages or issues.
2. Update router’s firmware is up-to-date (varies on product, refer to the model’s instructions)
3. Enable or disable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) on your router or system settings
4. Disable any third party networking software such as a VPN
5. Disable router firewall (NOT RECOMMEND) - refer to router instructions
6. Test using an alternate connection such as mobile tethering
7. Update Network Adapter Drivers
