[Notice] Changes to the Account Hijacking Recovery Service Policy
Hello, this is PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Support.
To strengthen the security of players' accounts and to more effectively support players affected by account hijacking, the Account Hijacking Recovery Service Policy will change starting July 22, 2026.
Key Changes
Accounts with a Secondary Password: Eligible for recovery service support up to twice per year (once per half-year).
Accounts without a Secondary Password: Eligible once per lifetime per account, as before.
