If your account has been restricted due to a confirmed account hijacking incident, you may apply for the Account Hacked Recovery Service, which can help restore access up to twice per year.
Service Availability:
• Once between January 1 – June 30
• Once between July 1 – December 31

■ Important Information Before Applying ① The Account Hacked Recovery Service, which was previously available once per account, has been updated to twice per year effective Wednesday, July 22, 2026, following the policy announcement and implementation. ② The service is available twice per calendar year:
③ After your first successful Account Hacked Recovery Service, any additional account hijacking that occurs without a Secondary Password being set will not be eligible for further recovery, regardless of your remaining annual eligibility. Exception: For accounts whose first recovery was completed before Wednesday, July 22, 2026, an additional recovery request may be submitted one time only, even if a Secondary Password has not been set. ④ Even if you have already received one recovery service during the first half of the year, you may submit another request in the second half if your account is compromised again. Your application and the account hijacking claim will be reviewed again. |
