If the payment issue had occurred on Steam, then you will have to contact Steam support to get that handled.

Please note that in order to get a refund from Steam, the guidelines of a refund has to be met

1) Within 14 days after the initial purchase of the game
2) If the first guideline is met then the gameplay time has to be less than 2 hours
3) If you meet 1 and 2 and do not have a record of excessive refunds

If the payment issue had occurred from one of our official resellers (Xsolla, Amazon, etc.), then you will have to contact their support for assistance.

Please double check with their refund policies as it could be different depending on the company.
