The reason you are getting this error message is due to an unauthorized device detected in your PC. Macro mouses or devices used to gain an unfair advantages are strictly prohibited.
To get this resolved, please remove the macro mouse or other unauthorized devices that can modify the game play and restart the game.
If you're still unable to access the game after removing the macro devices please contact PUBG Support and share the maker and model of the keyboard and mouse you are using the play the game.
