1. Changing nickname
- Go to PUBG Support > Open CHAT BOT (speech bubble next to "Contact Us")
a. Select category: KRAFTON Player Account
b. Enter the nickname you want
c. Enter your personal info (nickname, Steam ID, etc.)
2. Unlinking KRAFTON Player Account from STEAM
- Go to PUBG Support > Open CHAT BOT (speech bubble next to "Contact Us")
a. Select category: KRAFTON Player Account
b. Consent - The unlinking service is provided only once per account
c. Provide accurate information on the email account currently linked to KRAFTON Player Account
. If you do not have correct information on your email account, refer to FAQ. Please note that we cannot unlink your account if email account info is not provided.
d. Enter your personal info (game nickname, Steam ID, etc.)
