I’m not receiving the PIN code (SMS) on my phone when trying to set up the secondary password.
- If your mobile phone or carrier settings are blocking international SMS messages, the PIN code may not be delivered properly and could be filtered into your spam or junk messages folder.
- Please check your phone settings or contact your mobile carrier’s customer support, then try again.
- Restart your device before attempting to request for a new pin code.
- Ensure that you are selecting the correct country and mobile number.
- Additionally, please make sure that you are not using a virtual number or a landline number.
Please check your phone settings or contact your carrier’s customer service, then try again.
- I was notified that receiving PIN code has been restricted.
- You can only request for PIN code up to 10 times so if these are used up, you can request again after 24 hours.
- I cannot request for a PIN code because I was prompted with "The number entered does not match the registered number".
- When resetting your Secondary Password, please make sure to input the previous phone number registered during initial setup.
- I got an error that says, "Wrong pin code entered. Please try again."
- Make sure to enter the newest PIN code you’ve received. Deleting earlier PIN request messages will reduce the chance of errors.
If the same issue continues, please submit an inquiry to PUBG Support with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing during the secondary password setup, along with relevant screenshots and the phone mobile number you are using.
