If you wish to change your currently used secondary password, you can do so directly in-game.
Please refer to the instructions below for how to reset your secondary password..
① Select [Career] → [Overview] → [Reset Secondary Password]
② Review the information, then select [Next]
③ Enter the mobile phone number to receive the PIN code, then select [Send]
④ Enter the PIN code received on the entered mobile phone number, then select [Confirm]
⑤ Reset the secondary password to a 6–8 digit number.
⑥ Re-enter the new secondary password.
⑦ Select [Restart Lobby] to complete the secondary password setup
※ If you are unable to use the mobile phone number entered when setting up the secondary password, or if you suspect account compromise, please contact PUBG Support.
